Mafia 3 First Gameplay Video – Release Date for Xbox One, PS4 and PC
Mafia 3 is expected to be released in 2016 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. 2K Games and Hangar 13 Games, the developers of Mafia 3, have revealed some new details and content that this game will come with.
A video that was firstly presented during the GamesCom 2015 event behind closed doors has been shared recently with the public. The 12 minute-video was uploaded by IGN, where Hayden Blackman, the creative director of the game, explained how the upcoming game works and some of the gameplay elements.
Here is the Mafia III gameplay video:
As you can see, there is a lot of information covered in this video. The smaller rackets will happen in small areas where drug dealers have an area setup for them. As you can see in the video, there is a drug racket in the graveyard where Lincoln Clay, the protagonist, will need to pull information from the dealer and learn where other rackets are placed.
Later in the video you will notice that the Mafia III game will also come with some hidden rackets, similar to other games the ones found in The Godfather games that were released by Electronic Arts a few years ago.
Likewise in GTA: San Andreas or The Godfather, you will be able to take control of various businesses and make money from illegal scams. However, in order to control these businesses, the players will need to recruit their own gang, form a team with bosses and underlings and appoint them for a business. As you pass more missions, you will be able to upgrade Lincoln’s abilities and skills, which means that your character will be stronger as you play the game.
We’re pretty sure that the developers will come with more details about the Mafia III game sometime soon.
